My heart is to make a difference in my one on one interactions with people that bring them closer to Christ. I live an authentic life and that translates to how much I care for those around me. I have experience in interviewing, training, and discipling people to do a plethora of tasks. I have a mind that is very logical and systematic. I love hearing problems and helping to create and implement solutions. In a few of my previous jobs and my current position I was a part of building ministries from the ground up- taking peoples vision and putting practical and realistic steps in place to achieve those goals. Along the way I have learned to take people who are willing alongside of me, disciple, and train them to take over a role in that ministry. I am currently working with a church plant to create systems that can get the people who attend connected, creating and managing budget, and yearly planning for the church. I also have developed an internship focused on college students to be better disciples and give them strategies on how to disciple other more effectively. Our church also does church consulting on church plants, racial reconciliation, diversity in the workplace, missional communities, and more.
