Play key role in a centralized unit of the organization that specializes in identifying and analyzing key business unit data and metrics. Heavily involved with the implementation and system support of multiple risk mitigation solutions including Actimize SAM, CDD, IFM and LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG. Work actively with business lines to define business and regulatory requirements and implement case management workflows, with the goal of identifying process efficiencies and providing meaningful reporting and metrics to effectively manage the business and better serve both internal and external customers.

Supported day-to-day operational functions of CIP, OFAC, CDD, Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Information Sharing, etc. Involved with testing and process definition during implementation of risk mitigation software, Actimize. Provided reporting and documentation of processes handled in department; and established good communication and relationships with internal business units.
