An 'Excellent' rating by Dun & Bradstreet authenticates our reliable corporate profile.We have a State of the Art offsite development center in New Jersey and offshore Development Center in Bangalore, India, certified for ISO 9001-2008 and SEI-CMM Level 4 compliance, Roles and Responsibilities:• Handling end to end Recruitment full life cycle in US IT Recruitment. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.• Managed external and offshoring recruiting vendor partners.• Participated in workforce planning strategy sessions with management to offer guidance regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments and sourcing tactics. • Tracked and documented all communication, submittals, and placements via ATS system. Trained and Mentor new recruiters.• Excellent at sourcing, head hunting, networking and posting creative ads. • Sourcing candidates across all levels for various functions. • Work on W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.• Utilize web tools/Job Portal such as LinkedIn, google, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.• Work on Vendor management system (VMS)• Coordinating with Client in scheduling interviews, following up till the candidate joins. • Application tracking system (ATS) using is Alpha Hire.
