As part of the launchpad programme, I will study towards becoming an ACA qualified accountant, while rotating through the main three service lines at Bishop Fleming (Tax, Audit and Accounts) for 6 months at a time before choosing my permanent role. During this 18 month period, I will gain invaluable insights and experience which will lay a strong foundation of accounting knowledge and experience for me to build on when I choose my preferred permanent role in 2025.
