Led a sales group up to 15 people to cover the San Diego territory. This team was the #1 production unit in the company in 2001 and grew production by over 100%. Successfully led a company record of 6 account executives into the firm's top 10% known as Franklin Club. Also, held an account executive position and was responsible to develop business with a core group of mortgage brokers. Achieved #1 branch sales person in 1998 and 1999 and achieved the company's Franklin Club five consecutive years from 1998-2002.
