Matt is a PwC Assurance Partner providing trusted advice to clients - including IPO's and complex fundraising, deals (including mergers and acquisitions), accounting advice, external audit assurance, internal controls implementations and emerging technology.Matt has extensive global experience, working with multinational clients, across borders and within different jurisdictions. He has worked closely with a number of public entities on the SEHK, FTSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, SGX, ASX and NZX, as well as private equity backed entities. Matt works across a variety of industries, primarily conglomerates, consumer markets, energy and utilities, engineering, healthcare, education and the metaverse. Matt is a member of both the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Accountants.
