My role was to provide local business's with media advertising avenues across Triple M, HIT, CH10 and Sky News within the Mackay and Whitsunday area's. Through consultative conversations I helped identify business needs and goals and build tailored and effective Radio & TV schedules that targets the ideal demographic to support business success and increase brand awareness.

A senior business manager within the organisation with sound knowledge and ability in business acumen, coaching and developing a sales team, leader to leader development, multi-site management and risk management. My role was to oversee all aspects of the business and maximise profit through developing my team's consultative selling skills along side with a high focus on customer service we were delivering and only selling to the benefit of the customer's needs. I was asked to trial company intiitaves in my store to identify best practice and build programs rolled out on a national level that targets achieving the companies business goals. As a representative of Telstra it was also imperitive I ensured myself and my team where positively improving Telstra's image within the community and ensuring we where considering all key stake holders in every action we implemented.

My role was to oversee all aspects of 5 Telstra Stores from Bundaberg to Emerald with a heavy focus on developing the leaders within the stores around their ability to effectively structure, run and maximise profit within their business's. Myself and the leaders in the store would build business plans and set actions based on observational feedback that targeted customer needs and consultative selling gaps to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. As a representative of Telstra it was also imperitive I ensured myself and the leaders where positively improving Telstra's image within the community and ensuring we where considering all key stake holders in every action we implemented.

This role was created as part of a company inititave to share best practice and build leadership capability ammoungst the organisation. As a senior leader within the organisation with sound knowledge and ability in business acumen, coaching and developing a sales team, leader to leader development, multi-site management and risk management. My role was to developed leaders in Telstra Stores in need of support within the SEQ region with a heavy focus on developing the leaders within the stores around their ability to effectively structure, run and maximise profit within their business's. I had a team of myself and 2 top performing sales consultants to travel to these selected stores and unlock the stores true potential in profit and customer satisfaction. Myself and the leaders in the store would build business plans and set actions based on observational feedback that targeted customer needs and consultative selling gaps to increase profitability and customer survey results that was tracked while in store and after for a period of time to gaige if certain skill sets had been implemented and maintained and business growth remained. As a representative of Telstra it was also imperitive I ensured myself and the leaders where positively improving Telstra's image within the community and ensuring we where considering all key stake holders in every action we implemented.

Through consultative selling I would identify ways I could build value that benefited my customers needs with the products we sold that either improved or start of the way they got connected to their, friends, family, customers and improve their entertainment experience.
