Matt is currently President at Winters Instruments, a leading global manufacturer or industrial instrumentation. He is responsible for leading Winters' full set of global operations. Matt comes into this role, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and as a Director and VP, Sales for Winters Canada. Previously, Matt was a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, where he focused in the consumer goods and retail spaces. His experiences at BCG spanned numerous functional areas including sales and marketing, corporate development, strategy, and operations and supply chain.In addition to his time at BCG, Matt has also spent time as a Manager in the Global Strategy group at Mondelez International, where he supported the firm's strategic planning process, and as an MBA Intern at Frontenac, a middle-market private equity firm in Chicago. Matt holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with Distinction, and a Bachelor in Commerce (B.Comm) from Queen's University.
