· Provide outage resolution support and facilitate restoration of service to production environment; investigate outage cause, impact on user, and resolution· Provide day-to-day support for products/applications deployed to the production environment· Schedule and track application software updates· Support/lead the infrastructure Service Management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services

· Troubleshooting, configuration, database administration, and repair for server, network, infrastructure, data center, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues· Provide technical assistance in resolving IT related problems involving hardware, software and system compatibility conflicts and malfunctions, application operations, connectivity, network, and security issues· Responsible for building and deploying Virtual Dedicated Desktops for end users and troubleshooting and resolving issues end users experience in the virtual environment

· Perform complex troubleshooting activities and break-fix work for various electronics, including desktops, laptops, televisions, printers, desk side support, satellite equipment, and servers· Responsible for maintaining work vehicle and managing over $30,000 worth of hardware inventory· Establishing daily schedule with clients to address technical issues with efficient response time
