I am highly determined to provide technical knowledge and support to the students, teachers and staff New Canaan Public Schools. For 19 years the role I've played at NCPS is a support role for the teachers and students. My knowledge and support of both the Mac and Windows has been consistent. The role of supporting both operating systems in a technology enterprise environment has been tested and conditioned in multiple grade levels k-12 in a public school system. Though my understanding of desktop computers is strong, I think there's more of a need for mobile computing more now than ever. This also includes cell phones and tablets, which is my next stage of interest for support. I'm also moving into more of a support role for MDM and the other management side of devices through Google Admin Console, for example. As there's always room for improvement I'm working very hard to hone my skills with fixing chromebooks as well as PC laptops, MacBooks and other mobile devices. On the weekends I enjoy music, films and getting more into my photography. I've always had a big interest in multimedia especially photography.
