As a co-founder and one of the original “plank-holders”, launched 5.11 Tactical in 2003. Instrumental in aligning people with strategic objectives to meet 5.11’s growing consumer product and service needs, resulting in the company’s meteoric growth from $7.5 million in domestic sales with 7 styles of apparel at the end of its first year, to currently exceeding $300 million in global sales with over 20,000 SKU’s of apparel and gear, distributed in nearly 100 countries. Today, 5.11 Tactical is the ‘go-to’ brand for the most discerning customers across the globe - First Responders (Law Enforcement, Firefighters & EMS), Military, FBI and now, everyday consumers.Actively collaborates with Executive Leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate strategic planning, people planning. Develops sales strategy, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting to promote sales growth and customer service excellence throughout the organization. Leads and manages organizational change initiatives by continuously identifying, assessing and prioritizing critical performance measures, removing obstacles impeding progress, and ensuring all key colleagues, self-included, are held accountable for results.

Through strategic business development, growing sales revenue, expanding market-share, compelling leadership and commitment, advanced from a Field Marketing Manager to leading a significant segment of the organization as the VP of Marketing and General Manager. Created the strategy and piloted Gallo Promotions, then successfully sold the partnerships to begin the Global Promotions Group, which is still actively thriving today. Served as a collaborative stake-holder during the first winery acquisition from Gallo and served as General Manager for Louis M. Martini.
