*Worked on various stages of the project, including evaluation of the whole system placement, structure design, 2D&3D drawing, assembly of mockups and putting forward the solutions to reliability test problems.*Proficient in mechanical parts design and 3D drawing of the plastic and sheet metal parts, also have experience with using different materials like cable, FFC, rubber, and conductive gasket.*Good at cross-functional communication with different units such as RF, EMI, and Thermal department to figure out the solutions of the test issues.*Experienced in going on business trips to China, I have visited plastic injection factory, metal stamping plant and enclosure assembly factory several times to assist manufacturers in increasing their yield rate.*Experienced in reviewing the manufacturer's approval sheets and planning schedule of the production.
