I also specialize in leadership and organizational development. Through strategic efforts of my firm companies I help reorganize and recruit properly identified talent to meet and execute organizational goals. My firm recruits, and places highly skilled candidates with organizations throughout the United States.

Managed and led a Human Resources team for a multi million dollar corporation. The Human Resources Department was responsible for employee relations, investigations, recruiting non exempt and exempt employees, retention, training, benefits, employment contracts, workforce development, EEO compliance, Family Medical Leave Act, and all other Human Resources Generalist responsibilities. My team was able to successfully recruit higher quality professional employees, reduce turnover by one-third, lower operating cost by restructuring and reorganizing the operations division. The new management team that was recruited and hired by the Human Resources team saved two million dollars and increased productivity by 500% within six months.

Managed a Human Resources Department that was responsible for multiple high profile projects for Procter & Gamble and Louisville Gas & Electric. Responsibilities included recruiting and hiring exempt and non exempt employees according to forecasted labor curves, revision and enforcement of policies, benefits, compensation, industrial relations, employee relations, training, company certifications, payroll, and other aspects of Human Resources. Other key functions included diversity management, EEO compliance, investigations, labor market analysis, maintaining a skilled workforce of up to 1,000 non-exempt and exempt employees, teaching labor law classes, developing site training and workforce development programs, investigations of employee grievances, execution and management of site wage and payroll responsibilities, ensuring enforcement and consistency of company policies, and the modification and revision of company practices and procedures. During my tenure, I also wrote workforce development pilot programs for Procter & Gamble Projects that were utilized by two other major corporations.
