Today, I am helping lead an entrepreneurial holding company (single family office) and support our portfolio businesses as we continue to grow and make a positive impact on our communities. In my previous role, I worked to turn around and scale a company to become the leading engineered propane solutions provider in North America. Backed by my education in strategic leadership, marketing, finance, real estate, and engineering, I have a demonstrated ability to recruit and lead high performing teams to achieve outstanding results. The foundations of my entrepreneurial leadership style are my analytical and data-driven nature along with my lean and iterative agile project management approach.
