I do this by collaborating closely with cross-enterprise partners to align strategy, find efficiencies in shared services, and drive prioritization so that we immediately begin to build value with customers and for the company. This diversity allows me to quickly begin working closely with the broad array of team members, quickly forging bonds, and fostering new ways to improve our processes as well as accelerate the programs forward.I am driven by a passion to see people make more informed decisions. Too often they are paralyzed by the magnitude of choices our industry creates and a general lack of understanding of the options available to them. Through a refined focus on how a client finds value in their advice journey, I have developed countless decision support tools that keep them moving in a positive direction. Leveraging my sales background, marketing and deep understanding of distribution capabilities, my programs have had great success in immediately meeting client demand.Finally, while I have a tremendous depth of experience, I am not shy to roll up my sleeves and dive in where help can be provided.
