Developing relationships and accounts was an early draw for me in the workforce. Communication is a key trait, and I found an affinity for supporting sales teams and building strategies to improve them. My early jobs provided the opportunity to develop my expertise as a problem solver, strategist with sales, and partnerships. Providing solutions has always been a driving force in my work and I found a passion for business development. My data-driven background enabled me to relocate back to Vero Beach where I was able to maintain accounts remotely and continue to build new relationships. While some professionals find remote work to be challenging, I found that with the right balance of travel, I can be equally productive working from home. I thrive on both environments.
