Loan application via URLA all the way to the closing table. Identify and calculate affordability, ratios, employment history and then make decision. Processing tasks including Verification of Employment, initiating appraisal order, monitoring status, preparing loan for closing department, ensuring underwriting guidelines are in compliance with the organization guidelines. After the transaction is complete, I continue to service the file as needed with payment arrangements, changes, and delinquency management.
