Leading the development of the Atrium Insurance platform AUGold and launching new products to both new customers and through new distribution channels. Having successfully reduced time to market by over 50% and focusing on the business objective of delivering faster product development, without reducing project rigour or control.Managing external supplier relationships and contract negotiations to ensure operating expense of the platform is maintained in accord with Syndicate objectives.Worked extensively in managing the delivery of products on the Duck Creek policy admin system.

After establishing Eloquent to provide a conduit for investing into new opportunities and also embarking on a retail project in setting up a children's shoe shop, sadly the high overheads and decline of the high street required this business to move to a solely online operation after 3 years of trading. During its operation the shoe business won awards and successfully developed and implemented loyalty programmes and low cost effective marketing campaigns bringing in new customers, so much learnt! The investing continues...

Following GOWI acquisition, responsible for the acquired businesses customer delivery and support services and integrating and establishing a joined up marketing programme both internally and externally across all business divisions.

Co-Founder and Director, grew and developed the business from 3 employees to 150 (after four acquisitions) to eventually be acquired in Dec 2006. Held a variety of roles and responsibilities, but focused on delivery, customers and marketing.
