Works best operating between INSUR + TECHAs well as entrepreneurial, having set up a number of businesses and in 2000 established a Software business and grew it both organically and through acquisitions to have a headcount of 145, which was then acquired by another software business in 2006. He has a wide exposure to all areas of a business, analytical and innovative and used to working with P&L responsibility and managing teams. Delivering strategic change from concept right through to implementation and delivery. Previously Matt has worked in building up a software business, establishing an offshore software development team as well as developing its own IP products, experienced in outsourcing and acquisition of existing software businesses.Matt has invested in various businesses treating success and failure as equals.
