As the Senior Production Manager my job is to create these unique experiences and bring them to life from start to activation. This involves the management of fabrication, logistics, budgets and staff. From planning until delivery, fabrication is at the fore front. I stick as closely with design while adhering to codes, legislation and physical constraints. Creating promotional vehicles that appear to break the laws of physics only come from extensive knowledge and experience with building. Logistics range from simple shipping and receiving to cross country and international tours. Warehouse operations, travelling requirements, vehicle maintenance and acquisition play a large role in logistic planning. Clients always look to the bottom line which makes budgetary concerns a top priority. Sticking to quotes, following up with production timelines and budgeting for incidentals has become second nature to allow for accuracy. Managing a large staff with various skill sets poses the last challenge. Understanding and empowering them to grow is my top priority. Using their individual skills to drive an improved process allows me to concentrate on delivering the highest quality. The athletes, under my guidance, supervision, and care build on their performance strengths and establish opportunities for sport specific bursaries and scholarships.I have had the pleasure of training professional able bodied and para-athletes linking both to national and international competition and funding bodies where deemed needed.My most moving and rewarding experiences have included seeing the success and post competition smiles of the athletes I have had the pleasure of training.
