I'm passionate about the transformation of information technology, especially in the business communications environment. The momentum of the Software as a Service model and rethinking of the connections within and between previously disparate domains is rapidly bringing together Unified Communications, Contact Center Solutions across voice, video, SMS/social messaging, and digital channels.
