Played the role of Solution Owner for a large India regional expansion transition to AWS. Facilitated the creation of governance standards for Tableau and Snowflake and as well as process mapping and certification reviews. Assisted with the incorporation of and learnings on Monday.com as a tool to track programs and agile work. As part of a Allstate spin-off unit, coordinated delivery efforts and managed all related vendor partnerships around a key project to route GPS driving data through secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud gateways into Hadoop DB. Coordinated continuous remote migrations of On Board Diagnostic (ODB) devices through the client in partnership with AWS consultants, data scientists and IT.With Zurich, coordinated current state and future state requirements as well as process flows for effort to in-source insurance program administration work. Effort pursued with the purpose of saving $2+ million dollars annually. Also successfully coordinated the requirements gathering, testing and initial roll-out of a network provisioning tool.
