As practice lead, I was responsible for the strategy and delivery of Digital and Big Data products and services to 51 AXA entities globally. The overall scope of my mission included managing a 40M euros annual P&L and a global team of 325 FTEs distributed across five cities, namely: Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Hong Kong and Bogota. Key highlights include:• Drove +100M euros of new revenues through delivery of Big Data applications on cloud to address Fraud Detection, Claims Cost Analyzer and Telematics across various AXA entities.• Established a Digital Services team focused on content, commerce and cloud platforms driving nearly 2M euros of annual savings while maintaining 99.99% SaaS platform availability.• Managed a Center of Excellence for Smart Apps responsible for the MyAXA mobile platform and apps related to Telematics, Health, Home Protection and Senior Care.• As an active promoter of Design Thinking and User Experience at AXA I helped drive Ideas to MVP with reduced time to market (by 40%), increased conversion (in some cases up to 200%) and customer advocacy. • To protect the AXA brand and deliver the best possible user experiences, I ran an Analytics and Social Media monitoring services to track nearly 800K mentions monthly and 700M server calls per year.
