Ultimately, our clients measure success by financial results. But it’s the underlying factors that drive results – sound strategy, leadership, collaboration, innovation, and people development. It’s my job to help them understand their unique drivers of success, so they can navigate the challenges and achieve their desired results. I’ve known the founders of The Practice, Robert Hadded and Jason Cunningham, for many years, and admired from afar the firm and culture they had built. What attracted me most to the challenge of establishing the Sydney office of The Practice (the first outside of Melbourne) was the chance to finally get to work with Jay and Rob, and the high-performing team they have developed. When I heard The Practice’s ‘why’ – “liberating people’s lifestyles” – I knew our values and philosophies were aligned, and this would be a fruitful partnership. “Liberating people’s lifestyles” really resonates with me personally, and I can’t wait to bring the concept to life for my clients.My approach is underpinned by my commitment to strong relationship management at all levels, and continual communication. I have a passion for unlocking the human potential in all of our team, which is shared by the Executive Team at The Practice.
