Matt Gillespie began his career before knowing the meaning of the word career, under the direction of his parents, whom discovered his artistic abilities at an early age and nurtured and supported those abilities. Initially, Matt explored applying those skills in fashion design where he helped design graphics for independent clothing companies before starting his own company in Denver, Colorado. During that process, a passion for building and marketing brands was discovered and Matt shifted his focus to promoting independent fashion brands in Denver by producing large fashion shows. This passion was fed as a side hustle while Matt also built a career in the agency world, starting as a one-man creative team at a small event marketing agency. He successfully grew the creative team over several years and moved into an Art Director position. Always driven to grow, Matt expanded his knowledge into web design and began pursuing new passions in branding and web design.In Matt's professional career, he has been instrumental in growing creative teams at small agencies and now focuses on overseeing brand development and marketing strategies focus on meeting the business objectives of his customers at 4B Marketing and Hybrid Marketing agencies.
