DC’s largest community running group, with a social media presence that grew 250%, within 3 yearsTrain runners at various fitness levels, guiding them through completing their first marathons or surpassing individual personal goals, through weekly training sessions, personalized coaching regiments, race organization, and strength training sessions.Facilitate events for over 300 runners, including managing registration pages, coordinating routes and working with local businesses to provide essential amenities and support, in turn increasing foot traffic to that business.Collaborated with several well-known brands including KIND Bar, ICNY, Georgetown Running Company, DC United, and Landmark Festival, to engage with a active young minority demographic.Ensure running events include a social impact component, including raising over $500 for books for 5 University students and raising funds for BRKTHRU (non-profit supporting mental health). Partnered with established community leaders, including DC’s Advisory Neighborhood Commission and DCPD, to create safe running situations, organize a 5K, and motivate the community.Created website and newsletter; manage the dissemination of information across all social media platforms.
