Responsible for leading PPL’s Information Technology organization enterprise-wide as well as for driving the digital transformation of PPL’s family of companies, including PPL Electric Utilities, Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities. PPL’s digital transformation strategy is focused on integrating digital technology across the business to enable PPL companies to work safer, smarter and more efficiently; strengthen grid resilience; advance a sustainable energy future; empower employees; and deliver value for customers.

Responsible for Information Technology functions for PPL's PA subsidiary, PPL Electric Utilities.

Responsible for developing the long term strategy for PPL Electric Utilities, to act as the lead for innovation and emerging technology, and to work with stakeholders to deploy both regulated and deregulated business strategies to help position PPL Electric Utilities to transform into the utility of the future. Major focus areas include Renewables, Distributed Energy Resources, and other emerging technology, policy and consumer trends.

Oversaw the creation and strategy for a 3+ billion dollar, 5 year investment in PPL's transmission infrastructure. Responsible for Transmission Planning, Asset Investment Strategy, Design Standards, Maintenance Engineering and Data Analytics functions within PPL Electric Utilities.

Responsible for engineering, drafting, and surveying functions including substation engineering, transmission engineering, and relay protection.

Responsible for all distribution system operations and dispatch functions for PPL Electric Utilities. Also responsible for the deployment of a Distribution Management System (DMS).

Responsible for the PPL Smart Grid project, which included a pilot project to deploy automated distribution equipment, an expansive communications canopy, and a Distribution Management System.

Responsible for PPL's Outage Management System, and other ancillary tools used to manage unplanned work.

Worked in various engineering positions including Substation Engineering, Transmission Planning, Application Development, and Special Projects.

Led research in real time face detection and localization techniques using modified adaboost type classication.
