FireMon was the first to market network security policy management (NSPM) product, helping customers improve their network security posture. Sourcecorp is a business process outsourcing and consulting services company, helping companies to digitally transform their business operations. I led a development organization focused on supporting internal and external customers with software solutions to manage mortgage, health care, insurance and other business workflow processes.• Directed the process of creating a group of internal stakeholders and developers to define and design innovative new platform to support document processing operations groups across the US. This allowed for everyone to have a voice and investment in the project from inception all the way to implementation.• Created new organizational structure that moved from geographically and organizationally separate development teams to one with a common goal of serving our internal customers. • Mentored and coached the development team members to create a culture of collaboration and single purpose that allowed the team to be more effective.
