Coordinate, develop and deliver sales presentations several times yearly, providing key information and preparing sales force with all proper materials to provide to customers. Coordinate and work in conjunction with R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales to create and execute bat product line launches. Develop the best possible product line to compete in the domestic marketplace. Manage monthly production meetings and with DeMarini and key account specialists to ensure proper information flow between the factory and sales group. Coordinate with sales teams to develop business plans for strategic national accounts to help grow DeMarini business in their assortments. Manage inputs into SAP to forecast and plan business on a monthly basis to provide accurate information to all vendors for visibility and planning. Manage inventory on a monthly basis to ensure for proper warehouse and cash flow. Manage P&L and expense reporting for bat-related operational expenses.

Playtest and design current and future bat prototypes, assist production with quality checks, work with multiple departments to ensure proper design and development of the DeMarini bat line. Work with our premium collegiate programs to ensure the players know what we put into our bats and that we are constantly striving to create the best product for them to take with them to the plate. Assist the marketing and sales departments with knowledge of the bats and the competition in the marketplace.

Managed and performed all operations needed to run the facility including but not limited to: staffing, bank reconciliation, maintaining inventory, ordering of product, creating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, projecting sales figures for upcoming shows, controlling costs.Venue had its best season financially and operationally.Ovation's was able to negotiate a contract extension with the client and facility based upon the successful season during the summer of 2010.

* Responsible for setting up and managing events in the Rose Quarter, Memorial Coliseum, and Portland International Raceway that can gross over $500k per day/event. * Maintain, compile, and organize event financial records. * Build and maintain business relationships between multiple external vendors and clients for successful contract agreements. * Manage staffing, scheduling, supervision and training of over 100 employees.
