I am naturally curious and driven for success and biological research. I often find myself getting lost in scientific literature and going down the rabbit hole of information, especially regarding cancer research and the cell cycle. I am particularly interested in immunology, cell cycle regulation, cell-cell recognition pathways, aging, and stem cell research. I have worked in various labs such as a lab where I researched the upper airway disorder, obstructive sleep apnea, and a marine biology lab where I studied corals, as well as a systems biology lab where I used novel high-throughput methods to analyze co-factor interactions using cell lysates from macrophages. Currently, I work in the Sinclair Lab where we conduct cutting edge research on aging.
