Hologram Electronics designs and manufactures experimental effect pedals for musicians all over the world. As a small business, any one employee wears many hats. As Marketing Manager, my primary role is to oversee and manage our online media presence, as well as manage digital marketing and advertising services. I am in charge of planning, generating, and posting content on social media. I am responsible for creating, managing, and reporting digital advertising efforts (Paid Search, Display Ads, Meta Advertising on Instagram and Facebook). I have helped to optimize our website (SEO) in various ways over the years. In addition to managing our marketing assets, I also am responsible for generating the content we post and use to promote our brand. As a musician working for a company creating tools for other musicians all over the world, I produce, film, and edit all of our online video content. These typically take the form of short audio/video demonstrations of our products on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. However, I have undertaken larger video projects, creating long-form video tutorials for current users of our products. My deep understanding of music technology and audio engineering has uniquely benefited me in my customer support role at Hologram Electronics. With tens of thousands of customers worldwide, I help troubleshoot and solve issues on a daily basis. As marketing coordinator, I managed Auralation’s social media accounts, generated all photo and video content, and managed all other paid/unpaid advertising and promotional efforts, such as Facebook advertising, paid search, SEO, event sponsorship, and more. As production assistant, I assisted in the setup of recording sessions for musical performances, voiceovers, ADR, podcasts, video shoots, and more. In addition, I was the recording and mixing engineer for several sessions, as well as video producer on multiple projects. Additional responsibilities included CRM, invoicing, booking, and other clerical duties.

At DigiTrax Entertainment, I helped to create on-brand marketing communications for all its brand extensions. This included managing social media/email communications and creating Google Adwords campaigns for Karaoke Cloud, DigiTrax's karaoke platform. Additionally, I contributed to marketing communications efforts during DigiTrax's launch of its Music Builder extension- a music creation software that harnesses artificial intelligence to streamline the creative process. This again included the management of social media communications and also required me to create digital content to promote the brand.

At the Tombras Group, I helped those in the media department (more specifically the digital media team) synthesize and analyze data pertinent to current marketing campaigns. This included analyzing past performance of promotional strategies and lending a helping hand in the logistics of implementing current and future campaigns.

Working under the marketing director for the Bluemont Group, I was tasked with creating marketing solutions that would drive sales at locally owned Dunkin' Donuts. This required me to interpret company sales data in order to stimulate growth at individual retail locations, as well as interact and form beneficial relationships with the businesses and community surrounding them.
