- Managed all daily Information Systems activity and applications for the company globally as well as a team of ASP.net/C# Application Developers, Business Analysts, and SQL Server Database DBA/Developers- Oversaw the development and maintenance of 10 websites for the company’s numerous brands- Developed business requirement documentation in preparation of the implementation of Siebel CRM to replace the legacy CRM- Implemented the SumTotal Learning Management System in a B2C direct sales model

- Developed project management and ticketing system for the IS department establishing visibility into development pipeline; including the implementation of SLAs to effectively prioritize the request pipeline, track resource allocations and calculate project resource costs by department- Introduced project management methodologies to the company which eventually resulted in the company establishing a Project Management office- Performed complete company business process analysis to identify areas for improvement which resulted in the decision to implement Siebel CRM

- Reengineered and rolled out company’s USA Arthur Planning System within the first six months of employment; a 4-year project which had been stagnant; rolled out additional instances for Canada and the UK in the subsequent six months- Upgraded Arthur to planning on AIM with Oracle database servers; included writing all functional scripts in Arthur Automation Language, and defining over 1200 complex calculations to support a complex planning methodology- Created an Arthur admin application as well as dynamic standardized company reporting using Excel/VBA, MS Access, and SQL- Developed business requirements and translated into technical specifications for development and deployment- Worked with the Planning Department to establish test plans for system changes prior to release

- Created a department planning application using Excel VBA master template to create individual department planning files. Included the ability to consolidate all completed department plans into a centralized master file- Oversaw the daily operations of the Forecasting and Planning systems- Supervised daily activities for two employees- Played a key role in defining business processes for the conversion of an Access based forecasting system to Oracle, as well as a mainframe planning system to Oracle. This included defining the business requirements, proofing the data table models, and scripting testing procedures- Responsible for the administration of the Forecasting system and Gross Margin Planning databases- Developed SQL based reports utilizing Crystal Reports and Infomaker report writers- Converted 200 + spreadsheet applications from Lotus macro to Excel VBA- Analyzed data and troubleshoot database feeds prior to updates- Automated redundant processes to run efficiently
