I started my proper career as a teacher back in 2001, after a stint having fun as a headhunter specialising in tech in the heady days of the late 90s. My lightbulb moment came working for YoungMinds in 2013 running a series of focus groups as part of a NICE review into early e-CBT systems. Participants talked about the power of tech to support people's mental health, but not at the expense of human relationships! This is what drives me, and for the last ten years I've been working with organisations working at the cutting edge; coproducing systems and pathways that blend the best tech with the best of therapeutic approaches.
