Employee of the Year (residential care - 2010)Youth Off The Streets is a non-denominational community organisation working for young people aged 12-21 who are facing challenges of homeless, drug and alcohol dependency, exclusion from school, neglect and abuse. My role is very hands-on with the young people in my care. I provide safety, support and empathy while, hopefully, helping them to see options for the future.
