I am an experienced and dynamic corporate attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. I am the co-author of “Arizona Limited Liability Company: Forms and Practice Manual,” a treatise about LLC law published by Data Trace Publishing.Active in my professional and cultural community, I am a member of the Arizona Business Leadership Association and serve on the board of 5 Arts Circle. Previously, I served as president and founding board member of the Phoenix ‎Symphony Young Professionals, board member of the ‎Friends of European Art, and as a commissioner on the Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission.
