Represents domestic and international insurance and reinsurance markets in coverage disputes, claim evaluations, and recovery efforts arising out of commercial and industrial losses (fire, explosion, collapse, construction defect, equipment failure, design error, natural catastrophe, product recall) in the U.S. and abroad, with emphasis in the following sectors: commercial property, power generation, pipeline, onshore energy, mining, refining, engineering and design, construction, and petrochemical/natural gas storage.Specialties: I have focused my practice on the analysis of insurance and reinsurance coverage issues arising under various first party property insurance and reinsurance agreements, including All-Risk, Builder’s Risk, Boiler and Machinery, Energy, and Product Recall. I also have significant commercial litigation experience including coverage defense and subrogation/recovery actions.
