These clients include The Government of Canada, large national companies as well as medium to small local businesses. Daily tasks include, new installations, working with sales with new projects and assist with their estimations, diagnoses and replacement of defective security equipment. In this role, I am required to meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As the senior member of staff in the region I also assist in the overseeing of the regions technicians and subcontractors, scheduling work and managing the local office. Show less
