I am a student who is always willing to learn something that he did not know before and always search for the benefit of the team. I won't put down ideas because they are not mine, rather try to build off of them and incorporate the best of everyone to try and present the best possible solution. My time in school has taught me to do the following:-learn from others-be open to new ideas-incorporate the best of everyone-look for the group win, not the personal-learn to work as a team with others-sometimes I have to step up to be the leader-don't believe that you know everything in a field, be open to others ideas
