As the Store Manager, my role requires me to manage all service and administration operations as well as being responsible for ensuring my team is supported. These service and administration tasks include but aren’t limited too; ensuring all customers receive quality service, meeting monthly sales targets and budgets, processing of customer purchase orders and invoicing, planning and coordinating stock requirements.A primary focus for my current role is achieving a positive relationship between myself and customers. I am directly responsible for ensuring that myself and my team are prepared to help, facilitate and support our customers needs wherever possible. I am also a highly competent mechanic that has a high understanding of fault finding, motor mechanics and diagnostics work which I believe is important to maintain as the industry is continually changing and growing. I am a responsive learner who is looking to learn new skills and experience.
