Lead project scientist on pre-clinical drug discovery programs (antibody therapeutics)

Responsible for leading and managing complex drug discovery programs with a focus on drug mechanism studies and preclinical evaluation. I have led multiple research projects that have successfully advanced the process of new drug discovery and development. My work includes designing and optimizing experimental processes and executing pivotal experiments to assess drug safety and efficacy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I perform data analysis and write detailed study reports to support project decisions and drug development strategies. In addition, I am responsible for mentoring and training team members, driving research progress in the lab, and presenting our findings at industry conferences.
