Single point of contact for designing, developing, and evaluating technical training courses, instructional materials, and measurement devices through the analysis of educational or instructional problems or questions. Plans, coordinates, designs and validates instruction. Use an instructional systems development approach to develop learning maps and to perform sound learning analyses from the initial training levels through the operating levels of tasks. Supervised distribution operators on shift. Directed and oversaw flight line refueling operations with coordinating with dispatchers. Verified accounting transactions for accuracy. Conducted periodic security and safety checks on assets and systems valued at $57M. Trained new employees on local equipment inspections and operations of 7 different fuel hydrant systems and 13 specialized refueling vehicles. Served as flight line expediter to oversea safety & compliance during active aviation and ground fuels operations.

Planned and conducted classroom, laboratory, and field instruction sessions using a lesson plan as a guide.
