About Matthew Maddox

I have practiced law in Springfield, Illinois since 1983. Since 1988, my practice has been devoted to civil litigation, first with the law firm of Hinshaw and Culbertson and, since 2001, with Quinn, Johnston, Henderson, Pretorius and Cerulo. I have tried over 50 civil jury trials to verdict. While my concentration is in defense of medical negligence litigation, my trial experience has included auto accident claims, construction injuries, employment law, FELA, legal malpractice and products liability. This experience has been recognized by being named an Illinois "Leading Lawyer" in the defense of professional negligence suits.
