I am a successful engineer with a diverse skill set who worked up through the ranks as a developer to become a team leader. I drive projects to completion with a dynamic, aggressive leadership style focused on inspiring my team and leading from the front.I retain a sharp engineering skillset and regularly commit to the codebase along with my engineers, actively working to assist them in shaping their careers while constantly on the lookout for ways to work smarter. Personally I have a strong C# fundamentals and a good familiarity with a variety of MVVM frameworks (Angular, Knockout). As a self taught engineer, I’m comfortable in any domain - I recently taught myself enough about AzureDevOps CICD pipeline to setup my own pipeline for my personal discord bot (hosted on a VPS). I have experience leading Agile teams using a variety of methodologies (strict scrum, Kanban, and a hybrid scrumban approach). I believe that Agile is more of a mindset than prescriptive process - methodologies can and should be tweaked to fit your organization's needs.
