Responsible for the life cycle product management of the Sentinel platform, a cloud-based platform that serves as Kajeet’s flagship product to both the Education and Enterprise markets. Coordinating with the architects, development and executive teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Provide system design and architecture consulting for the Kajeet MVNE BSS (Catalyst, ElasticPath) utilizing Agile methodology. Analyze customer requirements provided in JIRA; provide suggested high-level implementations and estimates. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (Developers, QA, Operations). Review implementations and create product documentation as well as analyze and prioritize defects.

Act as the customer's internal advocate to ensure all application issues are being resolved per the Service Level Agreement; coordinate troubleshooting efforts; and encourage proactive communication with the customer for any and all trouble tickets. Identify new sales opportunities to enhance the product per customer's expectations and needs, training opportunities, and road-map progression. Above all, work to maintain a healthy professional relationship between the company and the customer.

Support RedKnee's largest US wholesale interconnect billing client, Cricket Communications, as its chief advocate in an ad-hoc Technical Account Manager role, provide basic project management guidance (maintaining expenses and managing resources for each project involved with the client; establishing milestones and working with R&D on product delivery, from conception to installation and any follow-on issues that may arise) in an ad-hoc Solution Delivery Management role, and provide deep-dive analysis of the data warehouse for business metrics, call scenarios, reference data management. Investigate and gather business requirements for new change requests and bugs. Continue to serve as the initial Cricket point-of-contact for support issues regarding the platform and assist in a peer-review of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Provide training in the InBill wholesale billing platform for US clients and RedKnee domestic and international personnel. Support sales initiatives for new clients by advising the sales team and presenting the product to potential customers.

Supported Argent's primary client, Cricket Communications, in its day-to-day operations of the InBill wholesale billing platform; including performing analysis of call scenarios and call records in error, reference data management, and follow-on verification of customer change requests implementation. Wrote and updated configuration specifications for converter documents, policies, and procedures. Provided low-level technical support, testing, and peer-review of change requests. Served in a rotational on-call role providing system operations support.

Performed Traffic Engineer duties (November 2005 to March 2006), including trunk usage analysis, creation of reports and statistics to allow RF and Operations to plan and create budgets. Administered the traffic analysis tool (Prospect). Implemented the in>Bill reciprocal compensation platform through coordination with IT for the installation of the OS; installed Oracle 10g database; coordinated with Argent/IM for inBill installation and initial performance tuning; and, installed client-side applications (RDM, PL/SQL, Oracle Client).In March 2006, became the Network Systems Administrator solely responsible for the day to day operation of inBill's application, technical support, and system administration. Performed call pattern traffic analysis, reference data management, and invoicing; ensured the health of the server and application. Gathered business requirements and created one-off reports that helped guide strategic business decisions, and any necessary helper scripts (using SQL, PERL and shell scripting)

Managed crews of multiple drivers and Field Engineers. Created logistics plans for mapping the RF signature for all of Suncom PCS, Unicel, and Cellular One markets for E-911 Wireless Location Services. Processed and analyzed all data collected and implemented repeatable back-up processes. Coordinated with radio engineers, software engineers and drivers for testing purposes. Developed back-up processes and utility programs for collecting data from field laptops, reducing the collection time from 1 hour to less than 10 minutes. Drafted Field Engineer and Driver training manuals as well as training Field Engineers, Drivers, third-party contractors and customers in Polaris processes and procedures and using Invex 3G Wireless Solutions software and equipment and Ericcson TEMS Investigation for TDMA and GSM protocol, as well as X-TEL and Agilent equipment/software. Managed or participated in field trials for Cellular One, Nextel, and Vodafone KK.

Created custom networking solutions for clients. Advised clients on upgrade paths, provide network support and systems administration duties. Created and implemented functional web solutions including databases and content utilizing PHP.

Provided internal consulting services to high profile projects needing rapid delivery. Designed and developed an infrastructure project on a 3-tier system to bridge a mainframe backend and web-server front-end, utilizing UML concepts, C/C++ programming, and analytical skills.

Designed and developed ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for the efficient migration of data from the PeopleSoft OLTP financial system to a data-warehousing environment. Created the batch-processing schedule within Control-M for over 300 jobs. Handled surrogate key assignments between the Operational Data Store and Dimensional Data Store. Tested and certified all processes and jobs as Year 2000 compliant. Supported the development of Dimensional Data Store to meet reporting and financial modeling needs.

Provided customer support in an Operations and Maintenance environment for the PeopleSoft General Ledger Module utilizing SQL, SQR, and Korn Shell scripts. Troubleshot and enhanced existing scripts and developed new processes per customer requirements. Maintained good customer relations and responded to issues within a timely manner.
