If you're a valuable contractor, It's an app that fills your schedule with work. With my co-founders, I've created a brand and a product in Rauster that is really speaking to the staffing industry. Recruiters that work in contingent staffing are using our software to reduce their volume of work by as much as 80%. Job candidates are using our software to fill their pipeline with work.As Head of Product, I lead our organization with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market. I act as the primary driver of the company's mission; overseeing the development of the product roadmap. My role is cross-functional as I coordinate the product design with engineering, marketing, and sales.

LegacyShield® is a Jacksonville-based startup that gives everyday people a unique tool to manage the legacy they leave behind for their friends and family. We've made it easy to gather all of your accounts, documents, life stories, and wishes to be shared with your progeny if something happens to you.Most importantly, I facilitate the innovation and improvement of our application to ensure that we are constantly growing to suit the consumers’ needs. As head of experience, I'm responsible for identifying opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while we maintain our core purpose: end of life planning.I coordinate with other department leaders to align and execute product strategies and ensure that we have a clear vision of where each new stage of our product will take us.

Leads the organization in the delivery of critical applications by creating unifying strategies of user experience and design. Providing vision and understanding of implementation road-maps for the adoption of business partners and colleagues. Fostering community-based knowledge sharing and programs to develop informed teams, able to implement best-practice approaches to solve technology challenges and create best-in-class software experiences for customers.

Responsible for full development life cycle of a wide variety of client-facing and web-app style products in an agency environment. These ranged from online stores to brochure sites, custom event planners, and several high-volume applications. I managed a small team through this process on over 50 separate project initiatives.
