Guided a team of 6 purchasing agents, 8 outside sales managers and 12 inside account managers. In addition to managing the sales and procurement team, the other primary objective for this position was to build long term relationships with major accounts and preferred suppliers.

Managed all sales related functions in 5 states for dealer and woodworking industrial accounts at GP's Western Regional Sales Center. Responsibilities included P&L oversight, operations management, establishing and exceeding regional sales budget, creating sales strategy and account planning to achieve goals in twenty-one various building material product lines.
