• Level 1 Construction Supervision – I have extensive experience in full time construction supervision of contractor activities, involving landfill cell liner and landfill rehabilitation construction at the Victory Road Landfill. The site supervisor role involves the auditing of materials and soils used in the works and the reporting of general project conformance to EPA requirements. Additionally, site safety reporting through internal reporting procedures at Golder and through discussions with project stakeholders. The responsibility of the role involves negotiation with the contractor on behalf of the client to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with project requirements and government regulation. • Construction Quality Assurance – The role of Engineering Consultant involves the analysis of material test data, assessment of contractor submissions, material tracking and construction audit to ensure that the landfill construction meets requirements of EPA guidelines. The role includes the full time Level 1 Construction Supervision of geosynthetic installation of Geomembrane, Geosynthetic Clay Liner and Geocomposite Drainage at Victory Road Landfill, Clarinda. • Geosynthetic Sampling – I have experience with geosynthetics used in the construction of landfill cell liners and rehabilitation works. The material sampling procedure involves the scheduling, sampling contractor supervision and analysing test results of construction materials properties in accordance with EPA guidelines. Due to my experience in geosynthetic sampling I have had the opportunity to train graduate engineers the EPA required sampling procedure for third party geosynthetic quality assurance testing.
