As the Digital Marketing Director at Folsom Creative, I used primarily Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads to help businesses of all sizes increase the quantity of high-quality leads, driving sales and growth. I met with clients monthly to understand their business goals, and crafted a digital strategy suited to their needs. As a result, we were able to improve conversion rates, lower cost per conversion, and drive more leads and sales to their websites.

As a remote marketing analyst, I worked on a variety of marketing projects including social media strategy, promotion of company events, and market research. Was placed in charge of the corporate social media project, where we utilized our social media as a recruiting and outreach tool.

I used Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and adjusted our efforts based on our interpretations of the data. I had the opportunity to work in Shanghai, China for three months for a management consulting firm. My responsibilities included: conducting market and client research, reviewing of financial records, reviewing of company communications, and holding weekly English lessons. This experience presented cultural, lingual, and personal challenges as I sought to apply what I had learned in the U.S. to Chinese business practices. As a result of this experience, I have a better understanding of the fast-growing Chinese market and its increasing relevance to business and marketing practices in the U.S.
