I am a Programme Delivery Lead at the Home Office, leading a number of projects within the critical national infrastructure Law Enforcement Data Programme (LEDS), a strategic transformation programme to replace the legacy and outdated Police National Computer. I have over 20 years of valuable experience in both operational and project environments across multiple government departments, delivering on the top agenda priorities, including security and the rapid high value COVID-19 crisis response. My core skills include strategic leadership, mentoring and coaching, analytical skills, and excellent commercial and negotiating acumen. I recently completed a Project Leadership Programme post graduate at the prestigious Cranfield University, achieved PRINCE2 Practitioner and hold a bachelor degree in Environmental Science. I am passionate about building positive working cultures, driving better outcomes, and ensuring best value and quality of future products. I report to the programme board alongside senior stakeholders, being open and transparent about risks, mitigations, and solutions. I have built up a very motivated and highly skilled team, delivering value for money and strategically successful outcomes.
