This role involved achieving sales targets, stock taking, working towards service improvements, problem solving, maintaining customer relations, customer sales and utilizing IT systems (SAP and Mantis) to retrieve & record information and to maximize product sales. This not only developed my practical skills, but developed my customer service, prioritization, management and communication skills. This also gave me the ability to learn and quickly adapt to new software and programs when required, with ease.
