The Hill Crew is a student incentive program created by several students in order to increase fan attendance at Gustavus sporting events. Myself along with several other bright students have sold over 1,600 t-shirts and have over 800 members. We promote student attendance and good sportsmanship at home sporting events. We give away prizes to the fans at intermission or halftime as a way entice students to join The Hill Crew. This groups meets in person once a week but is consistently communicating throughout the week. I also am in charge of running the Instagram and twitter accounts for this group as a way to reach our fellow classmates via social media.

Co-Founder of Gustavus Entrepreneurial Competition. Interviewed alumni and surveyed over 150 students. Created structure for competition and presented to National Advisory Board. Meet weekly with the executive board of students and professors. Two-time All-American Wide Receiver. 2015-2016 Male Athlete of the Year.

Created the first-ever athlete banquet for 500 athletes and coaches. Assisted in planning, and creating this event and handled days of operations. Weekly I met with head coaches and athletic directors on a weekly basis to create this event and incorporate it into an annual event.
